Paneer Tikka

As you guys know how obsessed I am with Panner (Indian Cottage Cheese). I just love paneer. Paneer Tikka is one of my family’s favorite snack to order whenever we go out to eat. They all love it so much and so does me…:-D

Panner Tikka is basically paneer cubes marinated in a yogurt based spicy mixture with onions and bell peppers than arranged on skewers and grill or bake in oven. Traditionally in restaurants they are made in tandoor but you can make it in oven or stove top.

Falafel with hummus and Pita bread

Hi, today I will  be sharing with you all a recipe which I wanted to make from very long time, but I couldn’t somehow .I guess it’s one of those things you’re so used to eating it out , you don’t even think about making at home, from scratch. Falafels, I used to eat them in restaurants or cafes. I’ve always loved falafel. I like eating falafel with salad and pita bread and they are healthy option too.

The recipe of falafel was shared to me by one of my friend. So, this time I tried this recipe with my friends and it tastes just like the one I used to have in restaurant or cafes.

Stuffed Bell Peppers

 

As I am on a spree to stay healthy and eat healthy, I came across this sweet bell peppers filled with beans and brown rice at a restaurant. They were so pretty, colorful, yummy, filling and healthy. After eating the bell peppers at the restaurant, I thought to try the recipe by changing the ingredients of the stuffing.
